That allows a drastic reduction in the number of washes, saving water. energy and labour costs. The swirl is obtained by means of a propeller at the filter inlet. The propeller creates a twisting motion to the incoming water flow. The suspended particles against the walls centrifuging away from the filtering element. This reduces the frequency of washing.

Applications:

Used for filtration of all types of water.Application in marine sector, industrial processes, agriculture, landscape gardening, etc.

Benefits:

Filtration system with a helical flow

Modular, versatile and easy to maintain

Made of reinforced nylon with fibreglass

Saves water and energy

High resistance to clogging

Easy and quick connection

Hydrocyclone effect Automatic version available with automatic back flush to maximize water savings and reduce maintenance costs and semi-automatic version.

Fiver Versions Available

Available in 5 versions depending on the flow rate and fitting sizes.

Self-cleaning helical flow filter TFD, semi-automatic (up to 2,2 m3/h – for all SAILOR) DN 32
Self-cleaning helical flow filter TFD, semi-automatic (up to 3,6 m3/h – for SAILOR 2/44 & STDC SY4500) DN 32
Self-cleaning helical flow filter TFD, semi-automatic (up to 6 m3/h – for STDC SY 6000/9000/12000) DN40
Self-cleaning helical flow filter TFD, semi-automatic (up to 9 m3/h – for SW8-60) DN50
Self-cleaning helical flow filter TFD, semi-automatic (up to 9 m3/h – for SW8-60) DN50
We offer worldwide supply and installation please contact us for details.

For the full specification please download the Tecnicomar TFD Brochure

All prices include VAT and Free UK Shipping.
